Structure and useful properties of the powdered milk fat-free

The powdered milk fat-free contains in the structure amino acids, irreplaceable for an organism, vitamins of group B, vitamins A and D, also minerals: phosphorus, potassium, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, chlorine and others.

But even such useful product needs to be changed a little. Owing to widespread allergic reactions or diseases, some people cannot use usual, even powdered milk therefore skim milk for preparation of various dishes was created.

Use of the powdered milk fat-free in cookery

Powdered skim milk is widely used in cookery, for example, as an additive in confectionery, replacement of breast milk for children in the form of dairy mixes as ingredient for pastries, bread, condensed milk, yogurts and even macaroni which are considered as dietary.

It is very convenient to take it with itself in travel or a backpacking for cooking of various culinary dishes independently (calorizator). It is worth dissolving powdered milk with warm water and in a cup there will be all set of vitamins, or to add it to coffee or tea for giving of dairy taste to them.
